On June 12th, Cindy Dang and Tu Nguyen celebrated their wedding at Hardscrabble. Fresh fruit and a chocolate fountain were enjoyed by their 250 guests before being treated to a five-course meal of soup, salad, Tenderloin with Marsala Demi-glace and Rosemary Garlic Jumbo Shrimp with Lemon Beurre-Blanc, fried rice from "Fried Rice" of Fort Smith, roasted duck from Mr. Albert Truong, and Chef's Trio of Desserts.
After this spectacular meal, Cindy and Tu's guests burned a few calories by dancing to DJ Josh Pham. Stacy Vo provided the gorgeous flowers for this big night while Diane Le captured the couple's unforgettable moments as the photographer.
